We're looking for 10 dedicated volunteers to help bring this unforgettable event to life. From event setup and guest experience to game operations and behind-the-scenes coordination, our volunteers play a critical role in creating an incredible day for every participant.
Volunteer Expectations
Must be local to the DFW area
Available for bi-monthly Microsoft Teams planning meetings leading up to the event
Available on October 22 from 9:45 AM – 4:00 PM
Arrive at our Denton venue by 9:45 AM for setup
Ready to jump in wherever needed and help ensure a seamless event experience
We will have approximately one hour for setup, so we'll need all hands on deck to get everything ready before players arrive. Throughout the day, volunteers will assist with event logistics, participant support, game operations, and keeping the event running smoothly from start to finish.

Please note that volunteers are not eligible to compete in WAVE Game, as we need our volunteer team focused on event operations throughout the day.
