From planning collegiate speaking engagements to launching our own podcast, we're mapping out a bold future—one that spans coast to coast.
Our mission flows in two powerful directions: to uplift the next generation of women by showing them that a career in technology is not only possible but powerful—and to support those already in the industry to stay bold, grow stronger, and rise together in camaraderie. As we expand WAVE across the U.S., we aim to create a space where women feel seen, heard, and unstoppable. The future of tech sounds like us—and we’re just getting started.
